Sleep late to night

Hello Reader

I want to talk about sleep late to night especially 

disadvantage of sleep late to night. I usually sleep late 

because I have many homework and prepare for 

entrance exam in university but I maybe like to play 

Social Network and internet. I think I should play 

internet less than now. I have not slept 1 day

and it has many disadvantages It make me eye dark 

circles, I look like dark tarnish face, I feel sleepy all 

the time and feel not be active. The important is 

our body system is corrupt.

Disadvantages of sleep late

1. It makes you have old face before your age. such as although you are younger if you slept late your face maybe have old face.

2.Your face will have acne and dark tarnish face if you slept late. 

3. Fat! fat! fat! If you slept late make yours fat because digestive system is terrible.

4. Our brain works slower than normal when you slept late to night.

How to Resolve

1. Don't sleep late if it isn't necessary.

2. Drink water 8 glasses/day

3. We should sleep to 7-8 hours/day

For me use this method in improve body and I should change a new sleep 

time. I believe it will be advantages to body. :D
